We make meetings of children and speakers. Speakers are people who are ready to talk with children, share their experience, on a voluntary basis. These are entrepreneurs and specialists from various fields. A group of 10 speakers come to the children at the same time. Speakers say a few words about themselves. And then networking, everyone disperses around the hall and communicates. At the end, the speakers note how they can help the children - a mentor, internship, sponsor, etc. The main idea is that children find practice, mentors and sponsors. There is also a one-speaker format, when children from different schools come to talk to a specific speaker on a specific topic. The School of Heroes is about supporting children, helping children become cool specialists, become heroes in their field. We are also making a mobile application and a separate site where speakers and children communicate with each other. Speakers can post their offers for teenagers, such as internships, tours, consultations, etc. Children receive points for their activity, which can be exchanged for valuable items, such as internal currency. In the future, this mobile application is a social network for teenagers and speakers.

Responsibilities:

You can choose one or more tasks for yourself, of your choice. You choose either remote work or more communicative, live. The main principle of the work is to reach a level where you teach children to do your work and develop, and you observe success with a good mood and get paid as a curator for teenagers.

.If I live, in my city (Ukraine, abroad):

• Coordinate and hold meetings of speakers and children
• Present ideas to speakers help children
• Talk with children about their results, who received what from the speakers
• Giving children points is an internal currency, they exchange them for valuable things
• You need to be the one to whom children reach out, simply because of who you are

Ifo online, remotely:

• Arrange with schools to hold meetings, correspondence
• Invite speakers, this is correspondence in social networks, we will show everything

Working conditions:

• the main minus is at the beginning there is no stable salary
• donations come to us, we divide them among everyone
• in the future, donations are regular, and the salary is stable
• but now there is no clear rate, so everyone spends little time
• the salary can be 20-40-60 thousand, or it can be 2-4 thousand, there is a financial risk
• so the schedule is free, when you can take the time
• you can choose a location nearby or remotely (online)
• it is possible in another country, in your city
