Chief specialist of the department of cooperation with the EBRD and other regional organizations in Ministerstvo finansiv Ukrayini

The Ministry of Finance of Ukraine is a team that helps Ukraine recover and develop together with leading international financial institutions. Every day we work with the EBRD, KfW and other partners to attract investment in reconstruction, energy, transport, infrastructure and business support.

We are looking for a specialist who is ready to work at the interface of public administration, finance and international relations, to implement large-scale projects of reconstruction, infrastructure development and support of Ukrainian business.

Your duties will include:

• preparation, support and monitoring of international financial projects in cooperation with the EBRD and KfW;
• participation in the development and agreement of financial agreements, memoranda, technical and reporting documentation;
• conducting financial and economic analysis of projects and evaluating their effectiveness;
• preparation of draft regulations and materials for the Ministry's leadership;
• participation in negotiations and working groups with representatives of international financial organizations.

Requirements to the candidate:

• higher education in the fields of (finance, economics, international relations or public administration);
• the level of English is not lower than Intermediate;
• knowledge regulatory framework in the field of international financial cooperation; experience of interaction with international financial organizations or participation in international projects is desirable;
• willingness to learn, grow and get involved in big things.

• ability to work with large amounts of information and to meet deadlines;
• developed communication skills and the ability to interaction;
• understanding the principles of effective public administration.
