Main tasks:

• Initiation and organization of the work of the Customer service project management group.
• Management of construction projects at all stages of their implementation.
• Participation in the formation of project concepts, development and approval of project solutions.
• Control of project implementation schedules.
• Formation and control of project implementation budgets. Control of payments.
• Control of the implementation of the project schedule and progress of construction.
• Control and verification of the assessment of the fulfillment of contractual obligations.
• Control of tenders procurement.
• Control over compliance with the established norms for the duration of construction and the terms of putting construction objects into operation.
  

Requirements for candidate:

• Higher construction education/project management.
• Experience as a project manager in customer service - MANDATORY from 5 years. 
literacy and budgeting.  result, high level of self-organization, analytical reporting.
