Kyiv. CRM Project Manager

Global Logistics is a leading company in the field of logistics services, successfully operating in the markets of the USA and other countries of the world. We are looking for an energetic and persistent IT Project Manager with mandatory work experience as a business analyst.

Main duties:

1. Managing the stages of planning, development and launch of CRM and mobile application projects.
2. Preparation of tasks for the IT team and description of tasks for developers.
3. Training users to work in the program, creating instructions and implementing them
4. Collecting feedback from users, organizing meetings with CEOs, product owners and team leaders.
5. Organizing and establishing communications in the team, facilitating meetings
6. Managing, filling and prioritizing the backlog product

Requirements:

1. Experience as an IT project manager from 2+ years.

• It is desirable to have experience in training users and implementing technical instructions
• High level of English, Upper-Intermediate for fluent communication
• Experience in describing business processes is a must
• Knowledge and use principles of project management.
• Attention to details and clarity in the performance of duties.
• High level of communication skills.
• Positive attitude and stress resistance.
  

Working schedule:

• Full time 09-13 hours work from home, from 15:00 to 19:00. work in the office: 4 hours daily,
• Day off: Saturday, Sunday.
• Place of work: the office is near the metro station "Vasylkivska".
