Project manager in Ozzylogik

Product company Ozzylogik is looking for a Project Manager for a stable project. We are developing for a group of regular customers a line of software products in the field of digital signal processing related to wireless data transmission.

We need a person who will establish the management of software development processes for embedded systems, be responsible for planning and coordination requirements for the product and capabilities of a team of 8-10 developers, synchronizes work with other teams.

Area of ​​responsibility:

• task management in Jira and Worksection, deadlines and priorities, progress monitoring, feedback, reporting
• coordination of developers' work, QA
• systematization of existing documentation
• documentation of technical solutions
• interaction with the HR team
• participation in hiring and adaptation of new employees

Requirements:

• PM work experience from 2 years
• higher technical education in the field of Computer Science or related engineering
• proficiency in English at the Intermediate level and above (spoken, written)
• experience working with assignments, epics, backlog in Jira

Will be a plus:

• technical background
• idea on developing programs for embedded systems and FPGA
