In connection with the expansion of the Foundation and the growth of the Team - we are looking for a new colleague in the team -Project manager.
Wishes to the candidate: b>
- Higher education in the field of project management, social work, psychology, education, management or related spheres;
- Work experience in the field of social or educational project management (from 2-3 years);
- Practical experience of launching projects "from scratch" or in conditions of limited resources is an advantage;< /li>
- Experience of working with adolescents and adolescents from vulnerable categories;
- Ability to effectively organize the work of a team and coordinate multitasking processes;
- Skills of strategic planning, monitoring and evaluation of projects;
- Developed communication skills for cooperation with different groups: teenagers, partners, donor organizations.

Your areas of responsibility:- Analysis of the local context: study of the needs of young people, especially vulnerable groups;
- Search and rent of premises for classes, trainings and other activities;
- Formation teams (psychologists, mentors, teachers, trainers) and organization of their work;
- Development of a detailed plan for the launch and implementation of the program;
- Organization of activities for beneficiaries and implementation of feedback mechanisms;
- Coordination of civic education activities: lectures, seminars, trainings on the topics of democracy, human rights, social activism;
- Organization of career guidance support: consultations with choosing a profession, cooperation with employers, excursions to enterprises;
- Maintaining project documentation: plans, reports, budgets;
- Monitoring and evaluation of program performance (quantitative and qualitative indicators);
- Control over the use of program resources;
- Identification of potential risks for the program and development action plans in the event of their occurrence;
- Establishing partnerships with local educational institutions, organizations and authorities;
- Presentation of the program at public events, forums,in the media.
