QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Required:

• Higher education (banking, accounting and auditing, law)
• Experience of working in the banking system from 2 years, preferably in the risk/compliance department, audit, financial monitoring department.
• Excellent knowledge of current legislation, understanding of banking processes and their risks, methodologies and methods of risk management, experience in conducting internal audits,

Desirable:

• Experience in arrays of data, setting technical tasks for reporting transactions, KYC)

Your ROLE:

• Performing certain functions in accordance with the requirements of NBU 64 in terms of compliance control, assessment risk profile. 
• Performance of compliance checks, formation of management reports, participation in business projects with the aim of assessing and minimizing compliance risks.
• Building a control system according to specific requirements of the NBU (established during martial law)
• Preparation of information for the formation of reports on compliance risks.
• Interaction with structural units on management issues compliance-risk.
• Participation in the preparation of explanations to bank managers, structural units at their request on the bank's compliance with legislation and relevant standards of professional associations, the effect of which applies to the bank.
• Development of internal normative documents on issues of compliance risk management (implementation of control procedures).
