• Have a higher education (technical or economic).
• Can confidently "read" construction and reconstruction projects and repair of electrical networks 0.4-150kV.
• You have knowledge of schematic images of electrical network elements.
• You have knowledge of the nomenclature of TMC projects for the construction/reconstruction/repair of electrical networks 0.4-150kV for the possibility of selecting potential analogues from the Customer's free stock.
• You have successful experience as a project manager (or functional manager from the implementation of projects) from the construction/reconstruction/repair of electrical networks 0.4-150kV - from 2 years old.
• "Advanced" user of word, outlook, excel, powerpoint (analytical formulas, summary tables, data transfer, presentations).
• You speak Ukrainian (fluently).
• You have high communication skills, are organized, have systematic thinking about project implementation processes, you can predict project implementation risks, optimize data accounting processes.

Responsibilities:

1. Preparation of applications and technical tasks for bidding for construction and installation contractors.
2. Expert evaluation of participants' proposals bidders — executors of construction and installation works on the subject of compliance of bids with the requirements of the technical task.
3. Expert evaluation of bids of bidders — suppliers of materials and equipment on the subject of the influence of proposed analogues on project implementation (if necessary).
4. Planning and ensuring compliance with budgets: payments, costs, commissioning.
5. Reporting on the progress of project implementation (report forms on the instructions of the head of the department).
6. Management of the investment program project implementation processframework by subcontractors under concluded contracts:

• support of the design process (initiation of adjustment of measures taking into account risks and implementation features);
• determination of the list and initiation of the procurement process of goods and services (preparation of applications) supplied by the Customer (in accordance with internal regulations documents of the Company);
• preparation of project materials (register of small projects, project cards) and protection of projects at investment committees (CFI);
• formation of applications for the start of works and the necessary appendices;
• tracking and control of work schedules by contractors by organizations, initiation of corrective measures if necessary, conducting field visits meeting;
• ensuring timeliness of work on projects; initiation of claim-lawsuit work regarding the overdue obligations of contractors, control over its conduct;
• management of the uniformity of the loading of contracting organizations with objects; organization of the process of issuing TMCs of the Customer's delivery to contractors; managing changes to project documentation (preparation of materials for review, preparation of production meeting minutes, substantiation and defense of proposed decisions at committees); monitoring of timeliness and completeness: closing of advance payment, extension of contracts, write-off of TMCs, closing of acts of completed works, putting facilities into operation (including obtaining DIAM declarations and certificates) and submitting change cards for correcting the single-line scheme of networks and GIS.
