  We are looking for a professional IT Project Manager to be part of the transformation and development team.

  We expect:

  • Experience in the position of Project Manager / Business analyst from 5 years.
  • Practical experience of working with Agile/Scrum, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies.
  • Successfully implemented projects of implementing corporate IT systems (ERP, CRM, HIS, BI or similar).
  • Experience of interacting with cross-functional teams and managing external contractors.
  • Understanding the architecture of IT systems and integration principles (API, databases, cloud services).
  • Knowledge of the principles of budget and project resource management, deadlines, risk management and priorities.
  • Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Business process analytics and requirements preparation skills.
  • Experience in healthcare, medical services or related industries (pharmaceutical, insurance, clinical research) preferred.

  Important:

  • Management of the full cycle of the company's IT projects from initiation to implementation and transfer to support.
  • Planning, organization and control of project tasks according to deadlines, budget and requirements.
  • Estimation of labor costs and duration of work, skills draw up project documentation and formulate requirements for contractors.
  • Budget management, risk and problem management.
  • Ensuring effective communication between business customers, the IT team and external contractors.
  • Management of changes in projects and control of their impact on the final result.
  • Analysis of processes, participation in the development of recommendations for digital transformation of the company.
  • Multitasking (conduct several projects and initiatives at the same time) and the ability to work in dynamicconditions.
