Project Manager in QATestLab

QATestLab is an international provider of independent testing services with over 20 years of experience in providing quality control support to a wide range of industries, from electronic commerce, banking and healthcare to gaming, media and telecommunications. Our service portfolio includes manual testing and test automation services for web, desktop, mobile and cloud applications.

We are currently looking for a full-time Project Manager.

We expect:

• experience in the position of Project manager 1.5+ years;

  • Upper-Intermediate English level or higher;
  • experience working with several projects at the same time (preferably a full cycle);
  • understanding of project life cycle stages (SDLC, STLC);
  • ability to prioritize tasks and build a work plan in accordance with these priorities;
  • willingness to adhere to high work standards, focus on service quality and responsibility to the client;
  • desire to engage in team development and training;
  • ability to work in multitasking mode;
  • ability to maintain a balance between business and team interests.

  Main responsibilities:

  • coordination of software testing projects;
  • building and maintaining relationships with clients based on trust;
  • planning and prioritization of tasks;
  • quality control of software testing (employee reports and all artifacts), risk analysis;
  • forecasting problematic moments and situations, making proposals regarding their solution;
  • control over the deadlines and scope of tasks and timely notification to the client;
  • submission of proposals for expanding the team on the project, search and proposals for the supply of new/improvement of existing services; /li>
  • organization of the testing team (training on the project, familiarization with the course, adaptation, preparation for the interview);
  • maintenance and formation of documentation and reports, providing them to the client.
