Our NGO Blahokray received funding for the project from a donor, and we are looking for an effective project manager. The project is aimed at helping war victims and has a large budget and capabilities.

< strong>Job Description: The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall management, coordination and implementation of the project to provide assistance to women and children affected by war. The manager will ensure the effective implementation of the project, adhering to the standards of the organization and the requirements of donors.

Main duties:

1. Project management:

• Planning, implementation and monitoring of all aspects of the project.
• Ensuring timely completion of project tasks within the budget and in accordance with quality standards.
• Development and coordination of work plans, budgets and reports with the team and management.

2. Leadership and team development:

• Providing effective leadership and supervision of the team, including managers and support staff.
• Promoting the professional development of the team and creating a supportive work environment.
• Organization of regular team meetings and evaluation of work results.

3. Coordination and representation:

• Presenting the project at meetings with local authorities, donors and other stakeholders.
• Ensuring effective communication and cooperation with stakeholders.

• Defending the needs and rights of affected women and children at relevant forums.

4. Monitoring and evaluation:

• Implementation of monitoring and evaluation systems to track project progress.
• Timely and accurate reporting to donors and management.
• Using data to make informed decisions and improve project efficiency.

5. Security and safety:

• Monitoring the security situation in the project implementation area and ensuring compliance with security protocols.
• Organizing security training for the team and providing support on issues security.
• Responding to security incidents and taking appropriate measures to protect personnel and assets.

6. Resource management:

• Effective management of financial, material, technical and human resources of the project.
• Ensuring compliance with the financial and administrative policies of the organization.
• Supervision of procurement processes and asset management.

7. Involvement of the public:

• Involvement ofRoma to participate in the project and ensure that the project meets their needs.
• Implementation of feedback mechanisms with the community to increase accountability and transparency.
• Supporting initiatives to build the capacity of local partners and public groups .

Qualifications and experience:

• Higher education in the field of international development, social sciences or other related disciplines.
• At least 3 years experience in a similar position in an international non-governmental organization, preferably in a conflict environment.
• Experience in project management, including planning, budgeting and reporting.
• Leadership and team management experience.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Ukrainian is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and in difficult conditions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
