Kharkiv regional youth public organization "EDUCATED INITIATIVE" _blank">Youth NGO helping Ukrainian families survive the war, founded in 2008, implements educational projects for youth, vulnerable social groups and provides humanitarian aid to Ukrainians on the front lines. In 2023, we became an accredited UN partner of the HFU UGKS.

< br/>We are looking for a specialist with an analytical mind, able to analyze the effectiveness of projects, but also with strong managerial skills and negotiation with people, in order to check the team's performance of the tasks set before them. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools is a desirable skill. It is also important to be ready for business trips around Ukraine.

At the moment, we are looking for TWO specialists (in Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia regions).

Duties :

  1. Project monitoring and evaluation: developing a monitoring plan, tracking results, adjusting the plan; needs assessment and assessment at the community level, development of surveys and feedback, implementation of monitoring visits.
  2. Support of project managers in data collection, analysis and synthesis.
  3. Development of methodologies, tools and procedures for monitoring and evaluating project activities.
  4. Qualitative registration of activity participants, collection and processing of their data, formation of a database of beneficiaries.
  5. Development of methods for collecting feedback and evaluating the effectiveness of programs.
  6. Preparation of regular reports for donors, government bodies and other interested parties.
  7. Coordination of the team in the data collection process, quality control of the provided information.
  8. Participation in the development of project proposals: definition of key indicators, development of an evaluation plan.
  9. Compliance with the policies, rules and regulations of the HOMGO "EDUCATED INITIATIVE" and international donors.

Requirements:

  1. Freefluent in Ukrainian and English.
  2. Excellent data skills, including processing, analysis and visualization.
  3. Experience with quantitative and qualitative methods in the humanitarian aid/development sector.

  6. Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  7. Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, other data analysis programs or programming languages ​​will be an advantage.
  8. Knowledge of ethical issues related to monitoring and evaluation.
  9. Knowledge and experience in the field of children's rights will be an advantage.
  10. High level of analytical skills and systems thinking.
  11. Experience working in a humanitarian emergency setting would be an advantage.
  12. Experience with Jira/Trello/Asana CRM systems would be an advantage.
