• experience as a project manager of 5 years; 
• experience in managing a portfolio of small and medium-sized projects (from 3 projects) and fix-price projects; 
• understanding and implementation of all SDLC stages; 
• experience in managing a team of 3 or more people; 
• understanding and experience of using Agile/Lean principles and their practical implementation in development processes; 
• English language level not lower than Upper-Intermediate; 
• high level of analytical thinking and decision-making skills in conditions of limited information.

Main responsibilities:

• plan projects, resources, budgets; 
• project resource management, tracking and analyzing quantitative and qualitative indicators of projects and making management decisions;
• ensuring effective interaction with stakeholders; 
• manage risks on projects;
• people management (hiring, firing, feedback, performance review, people development).
