Educational Project Manager of the Academy of the NSSU

Necessary skills and experience:

• Work in the field of online adult education;
• Work with texts of different styles and topics;
• Owning specialized software for developing electronic courses, in particular Articulate Rise;
• Owning programs for creating/editing graphic elements and video content (for example, Figma , basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, Canva and any others);

Proficiency in the Ukrainian language;

Accurate, competent writing of materials in a structured form;

Ability to transform information into a format understandable for its consumer;

Punctuality and understanding of responsibility for completing tasks.

Will be a plus (optional)

Experience work with LMS Moodle or any other LMS;

Experience in the field of health care;

Knowledge of the English language.
Responsibilities:

Coordination of the project group of experts on the development of educational content;

Definition of educational goals, development of concepts and programs of online courses, creation of the structure of educational materials;

Development of content and its transformation into educational product using various formats (videos, electronic manuals, simulators, tests, etc.);

Development of visualization and design of the platform, training courses and materials;

Development and layout of training courses and other materials , including taking into account the mobile version of the platform of the NSZU Academy;

Maintenance of the communication channels of the NSZU Academy (Facebook, Telegram, Viber, YouTube, LinkedIn);

Analysis of the status of passing educational programs, feedback forms and evaluation of educational products for revision or consideration in the further development of educational products;

Communication with partners, experts and team;
