We need a Project Development Manager who will be able to optimize business processes, develop a team and lead the direction to a stable profit, implementing own initiatives and influencing the development of the company.

 Your main tasks

1. Management of an offline store

Part of the tasks will be transferred gradually, depending on experience and the pace of adaptation.

  • Monitoring the work of managers, training, setting KPIs.
  • Monitoring sales techniques, implementing service standards.
  • Analyzing work through the CRM system (calls, leads, repeated contacts).
  • Working with customers, including complex ones situations.
  • Understanding the product, assortment, and customer needs.
  • Organization and quality control of the exhibition halls.
  • Ensuring cooperation with suppliers: pricing, contracts, new offers.

 2. Online sales management

  • At the start — work with basic indicators and cooperation with marketing: PPC, SEO, content, social networks. 
  • Monitoring conversions, leads, applications, processing speed.
  • Understanding the online sales funnel.
  • Analyzing the effectiveness of advertising channels and building a funnel — after adaptation.

 3. Business processes and operational activities

  • Control of order fulfillment: speed, quality, accuracy.
  • Support of clear processes between sales, warehouse, logistics, marketing.
  • Sales planning, margin analysis. 
  • Optimization of costs, identification of unprofitable points.

 4. Personnel and leadership

  • Formation of a strong sales team.
  • High level of emotional intelligence: constructive communication, feedback.
  • Creating a healthy atmosphere and work standards.
  • Participation in the selection and adaptation of new people together with HR.

Requirements for the candidate

  • Work experience with a retail business (preferably furniture / retail).
  • Experience with online sales or e-commerce will be a huge advantage.
  • Understanding the basics of marketing: online advertising, sales funnel, CRM systems, conversion rates.
  • Analytical thinking, ability to work with numbers.
  • Ability to find a common language with people and maintain a healthy communication.
