DP "Medical procurement of Ukraine» is looking forProject coordinator(s) (international unit) relations).

Improving the medical system in Ukraine - maybe this is about you?

The main goal of the position is coordination of international projects and initiatives, providing effective interaction with partners and organizational support for the development of the medical industry of Ukraine.

What will need to be done:

• Coordinating the implementation of projects by all involved parties and complying with the agreed terms and obligations.

• Search for international ones initiatives and grant opportunities, prepare and issue necessary documents for participation in competitions and international support programs.
  Organize and accompany working meetings, negotiations and events with international partners, including preparation of materials, protocol and forming reporting documentation based on the results of meetings.

• Translate, edit and proofread project, working and reporting documentation in English, taking into account professional terminology.

• Coordinating technical and organizational support for trips.> You can handle this job if:

  • have experience in coordinating and supporting projects, in particular involving several international stakeholders;

  • have strong organizational skills skills, you know how to prioritize tasks and work effectively in multitasking mode;
    you understand the principles of intercultural communication and the peculiarities of cooperation with international partners;

  • have experience with international partners;" none">you are able to search for information independently.

  Musthave for a future colleague:

  • Experience coordination of international projects and/or participation in international initiatives from 1 year.  style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">

    Language. fluency in Ukrainian, English at a level no lower than Intermediate.

  • Technologies. You know how to effectively use task managers (we work in Teams), e-mail, calendar, Google Drive functions, MS Office, electronic document management systems (we work in DocProf).

  • Education. Complete higher education. In additionand education or specialization in the field of international relations, project management or related areas will be an advantage.
