Non-governmental organization "Belozersky Regional Development Center" is inviting a project coordinator.
(with the possibility of extension).Formation of relations (at the choice of the employee): employment agreement, CPC agreement, contract with an individual entrepreneur (FOP).
What will you do?
General coordination of project implementation in accordance with the approved plan, logframe and donor requirements.
Coordinating the implementation of CP/MHPSS-activities for children and adults.
Planning, organization and monitoring of group, individual and educational events in communities.
Monitoring the quality of service provision and timely response to challenges in project implementation.
Ensuring data collection, preparation of programmatic and narrative reporting in accordance with donor requirements.
Ensuring the implementation of project indicators with a qualitative component and quantitative indicators;
Participation in coordination meetings, working groups and interdepartmental platforms.
Support for team capacity development, organization of training and supervision (in cooperation with specialized specialists).
Ensuring the visibility of the project and compliance with the donor's communication requirements (within the scope of competence).
What do we expect from you?
Full time. Work schedule 5/2 Mon - Fri from 09:00 to 17:00 (in the office and trips to locations).
Higher education in social work, psychology, pedagogy or related technical fields.
Experience of coordination of social, humanitarian or CP/MHPSS-projects from 2 years.
Practical work experience in the field of CP/MHPSS and/or social support.
Understanding international humanitarian standards and donor requirements.
Experience of intersectoral interaction and work with local partners.
Skills of planning, monitoring and reporting.
High level of organization, responsibility and communicationsof these skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a changing environment.
Knowledge in the field of child protection in emergency situations, children's rights, programming and integration of children's participation.
Commitment and understanding of children's rights, goals, values and BCRD principles, as well as humanitarian standards such as the Sphere manual and the Code of Conduct.
Ability to adapt to changing program priorities and emergencies that may arise.
Digital literacy for maintaining documentation and working with databases. Computer skills (MS Office, Internet, social networks). Why us?
