Chernihiv project coordinator in Smart Solutions

Company Smart Solutions is an international provider of HR services and business process outsourcing services, which has been present for more than 15 years in such countries as: Ukraine, Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, Georgia.

We are looking for a Coordinatorprojects in Chernihiv for our partner, which specializes in recruitment and outstaffing/merchandising services in Ukraine for local and international client companies.

The company provides:

• Work in the structure of an international group of companies.
• Schedule: 08:00 - 17:00.
• Work directly at the object (90% of the time).
• Locations: Chernihiv, str. Instrumentalna, 20; delivery is provided.
• Salary: rate + bonuses.
• Corporate health insurance (after the trial period).
• Corporate communication, equipment and necessary materials and tools for the implementation of work tasks.
• Professional team, training and mentoring.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and implementation of an advertising campaign.
• Conducting telephone and personal interviews.
• Management of the employee base.
• Coordination of on-site personnel (all men) (up to 10 people in the off-season, up to 30 - in the season).
• Communication with craftsmen and representatives of the client at the site.
• Daily participation in the client's morning planner.
• Control of employees' compliance with the rules and norms of labor protection; participation in project planning and improvement.

• Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level.
