About the role

We are looking for an operations manager who will be responsible for the discipline of tasks at the level of managers.

In the company:

• 5 business areas

• 50+ active tasks at the same time

• All tasks are managed in Trello

Your area of responsibility is execution control, management rhythm and transparency.

Responsibilities:
Daily (Mon-Fri)

• Conducting morning online stand-up (15-25 min)

• Control of task statuses in Trello

• Control of compliance of deadlines

• Fixing blockers

• Escalation of CEO problems

Weekly

• Analysis of % completion of tasks

• Analysis of delays

• Identification risks

• CEO short structured report (1 page)

• Next week planning

Monthly

• KPI performance analysis

• Manager discipline analysis

• Identification system problems

• Management report on execution

KPI role
1. Execution on time

2. Level of arrears

3. Administrative rhythm

4. System transparency

Work format

• Part-time (2-3 hours per day)

• Online

• Daily morning meetings (Mon-Fri)

• Long-term cooperation

Payment

• Fix: 45,000 - 55,000 UAH

• KPI bonus: up to 20,000 - 25,000 UAH

Total income: up to 70,000 - 80,000 UAH.
The level of income depends on the result.

We expect

• 2+ years of management experience implementation

• Experience of working with Trello

• Experience of conducting regular stand-ups

• Ability to work with KPI

• Ability to demand performance and keep discipline

• Comfortable working with deadlines without "softening" them
