On in this position, you will work closely with the Project Manager and Resource Manager, as well as perform an advisory role on HR issues, coordination of the recruitment process and other tasks.   • Work closely with the program manager and resource manager to ensure smooth project implementation and effective team work
  • Ensure personnel management (monitor overall team spirit and motivation, conduct F2F meetings, advise the team on HR issues, assist with performance evaluations, work with roadmaps, etc.)
  • Coordinate the recruitment process
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including status reports, project schedules, as well as meeting agendas and minutes
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members, stakeholders and suppliers
  • Coordinate meetings and workshops, prepare presentations and document decisions and actions
  • Participate in process improvement activities and contribute to the development of project management best practices

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to effectively multitask and prioritize work
  • Ability to work independently , with minimal supervision
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in HR including recruiting and team development
  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment< /li>
