Responsibilities: p>
- Work closely with the program manager and resource manager to ensure smooth project implementation and effective team work
- Ensure personnel management (monitor overall team morale and motivation, conduct F2F meetings, advise the team with personnel issues, assist with performance evaluations, work with roadmaps, etc.)
- Coordinate the recruitment process
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including status reports, project schedules , as well as meeting agendas and minutes
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members, stakeholders and suppliers
- Coordinate meetings and workshops, prepare presentations and document decisions and actions
- Participate in process improvement activities and contribute to the development of project management best practices
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to multitask effectively and schedule work priorities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in HR including recruiting and team development
- Ability to cooperate in a team environment
