What you need to know. to be able to expect

It is important:

• Experience in a similar position from 1 year;
• Higher education, an advantage - specialization in the field of project management or experience in personnel administration;
• Confident possession Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and 1C 8.3;
• Ability to work with a large amount of information;
• High organization, responsibility and attention to details;
• Communication and the ability to work in a team.

Position duties:

• Effective project management, coordination of the work of the project team to fulfill all terms of the contract;
• Formation of Client loyalty, ensuring a high level of Client satisfaction;
• Providing reporting regarding projects to external and internal customers;
• Prompt resolution of various controversial team situations;
• Organization and coordination of contractors' work on the project
