Project coordinator in Everstar

We are the Everstar agency. Our task is to help private defense companies find talented people and bring Ukraine closer to victory. 

One ​​of our clients is engaged in the production of equipment and radio-electronic devices that improve the effectiveness of warfare. 

The company is constantly growing, developing and improving work processes.  

The Operations department is currently expanding, so we are looking for a Project Coordinator.

Candidate requirements:

• Experience from 1 year in project management, administration or analytics.
• Experience with ERP systems, Google Workspace (sheets, presentations, work with various ERP system modules).
• Experience with Jira, Confluence will be an advantage.
• Ability to work in conditions of constant change and multifaceted tasks.
• Basic understanding of the concept of business process and its work.
• Key competencies: proactivity and self-organization.

Future duties:

Tracking the progress of the project life cycle.
• Checking key indicators and indicators of the execution of business processes of procedures carried out by company units, top management assignments (project and current activities), including through monitoring actions in IT systems (as a user).
• Creating and filling in checklists, checklists.
• Assisting in the fulfillment of tasks by company divisions.
• Collection of data and preparation of reports.
