This is an initiative of the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyi, which is implemented by the Ministry of Statistics and the Ministry of Education and Culture with the support of the EGAP Program, which is implemented by the Eastern Europe Fund at the expense of Switzerland. If you want to be in the team of those who change the approach to education, respond to the vacancy as soon as possible!

Educational reforms require quick, effective and creative solutions. But at the same time, they are implemented in an environment where there are strict legal requirements. Tenders, contracts, public reporting — everything must be documented, substantiated and verified. There are many stakeholders — state, donor, public, with their own requirements. Therefore, we are looking for a person who will monitor legal restrictions and look for solutions within them that preserve the effectiveness of the project.

The key challenge is to organize all legal issues so that the team works calmly and confidently.

Our team is looking for a person who has:

  • Experience of working in state enterprises / ministries

  • Understanding the NPAs that regulate the activities of ministries and state enterprises

  • Knowledge of the rules and requirements of official correspondence between state bodies

  • Process organization skills, system thinking and time management

  • High level of responsibility, proactivity, ability to work in conditions of change and uncertainty

  • Knowledge of English at the Intermediate+ level

  • Completed higher legal education

Will be a plus:

  • Practical knowledge of Ukrainian legislation in the field of education, public procurement and labor rights

  • Experience in legal support of non-profit organizations or state-owned enterprises

What you will do:

  • Coordination of the legal direction of the project: monitoring the execution of tasks, compliance deadlines, organization of interaction processes between teams.

  • Interaction with the legal team of the state enterprise and ministry - setting tasks, supporting documents, monitoring statuses.

  • Control of the process of collecting internal requests from the team to legal teams

  • Organization and control of the process of signing contracts, ensuring compliance of documents with established requirements.

Your work in the Dream team:

  • Full-time employment

  • Official employment

  • The first two months — work in the office (there is a shelter), after that — a hybrid schedule

  • Work on something really important for Ukraine project

  • Dream Team in the truest sense of the word

Stages of recruitment: HR interview > interview with the manager > staff check > acquaintance with co-managers > offer

If this is not for you, but you know someone who is made for this job, please share this opportunity with them!
