Activities include equipping medical facilities that provide inpatient TB care in close coordination with the National TB Program and the Public Health Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, as well as providing humanitarian and social support to patients based on individual appeals through the OneImpact mobile application. Requirements for candidates
higher education (management, economics, finance, social sciences, public administration or related fields);
an interest in ensuring the sustainability of services for people with TB, as well as the empowerment and empowerment of people affected by TB and their family members;
project management experience will be an advantage (preferably in the non-profit sector / international or donor projects);
experience working in charitable or public organizations (will be an advantage);
experience in coordinating team work and managing human resources;
experience of interaction with partners, donors or other interested parties;
experience in preparing programmatic, analytical and/or financial reports (will be an advantage);
understanding the principles of budgeting and controlling the use of financial resources;
experience in maintaining project documentation in accordance with internal procedures and donor requirements;
good communication skills;
responsibility;
ability to meet deadlines;
fluency in the Ukrainian language;
confident user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Google Docs) and e-mail.
