Responsibilities:
- Managing new and ongoing projects: prioritizing tasks, monitoring deadlines, analysis potential risks, ensuring compliance with company policies;
- Coordination of risk management, billing, contracts and administrative activities of management personnel, organization of relevant processes;
- Maintenance and administration of project documentation;
- Communication with clients, understanding their expectations and preparing reports regarding the progress of tasks and the overall status of the project.
Required qualifications:
- Vocommand of English at level C1 or higher (fluent communication);
- Ability to work in a multitasking environment;
- Developed analytical skills and logical thinking;
- High presentation and communication skills;
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office.
