- Analytical and expert support:
- analysis of the implementation context of the project:
- development of recommendations for improving project approaches and activities;
- assessment of risks and provision of suggestions for their minimization.
- Planning and coordination of project activities:
- team support in implementation of activities according to the schedule and requirements;
- coordination of interaction with partners and experts;
- preparation of work plans and calendars of activities.
- Monitoring and support of project implementation:
- tracking the progress of implementation tasks, indicators and indicators;
- collection and analysis of data from the team and partners;
- preparation of conclusions and recommendations for adjusting work processes.
- Communication and coordination:
- ensuring effective interaction between participants teams;
- maintaining contact with partners, government structures and other stakeholders (if necessary);
- presenting the project at internal or external meetings.
List of requirements for the candidate:
- higher education (management or other related fields);
- 2 years of previous project coordination experience, including in CSOs;
- experience working with projects from international organizations will be an advantage;
- knowledge and skills in project management, planning, budgeting, monitoring and evaluation, program and financial reporting, administration, project communications;
- knowledge legislation in the field of protection of children's rights and social protection will be an advantage;
- awareness in the field of local self-government;
- leadership qualities;
- diplomacy and developed communication skills;
- fluency in the Ukrainian language;
- proficiency in English will be an advantage;
- computer and technical literacy.
