The Arseniy Yatsenyuk Foundation "Open Ukraine" is looking for a specialist for the position of project assistant. The assistant will work in close cooperation with the Foundation's team and management. Due to the dynamism of the work environment, specific duties and responsibilities may change, which requires a high degree of flexibility from the assistant. This position involves full-time work in a comfortable office in the historical center of Kyiv.

Requirements for the candidate

  • Bachelor's degree in social sciences, international relations or similar discipline;

  • Fluency in the Ukrainian language (spoken and written); font-style; text-decoration: none">Strong intercultural and communication skills;"> meet deadlines, multitasking;

  • Excellent business writing and organization skills;

  • Ability to learn quickly, be flexible and develop a proactive mindset;

  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills;"> knowledge of office programs (MS Office, Google Workspace)


Responsibilities

  • Provide general support to the Foundation team, including photocopying, document storage, note-taking and other related tasks;

  • Administrative and logistical support for the implementation of programs/projects (including meetings, calendars, protocols, follow-up, organization of business trips);

  • Preparation, editing and formatting of documents (reports, letters, presentations, etc.);

  • Translation of software documentation from English to Ukrainian, and vice versa, if necessary;

  • Organization of events (trainings, conferences, round tables) — communication with participants, reservation of premises, purchases, etc.;

  • Maintenance of databases of participants and contacts of partners;

  • Control and purchase of consumables;

  • Support activities for monitoring and evaluation of Fund projects, including data collection and reporting;

  • Participation in coordination during events (on-site support)

  • Other tasks according to the needs of the projects.
