Agile Transformation Lead in PrivatBank

We are looking for a Manager of business process improvement projects and management programs who seeks to work in a dynamic environment and shares the values of mutual trust, openness and initiative.

Basic responsibilities:

• Formation and development of the governance model of Agile transformation
• Development of principles, standards and rules of operation of the flexible management model
• Building a system for measuring the effectiveness of the transformation (metrics, maturity model, KPI)
• Preparation of analytical materials for the Board and Stakeholders
• Development and implementation of a model of competencies for Agile roles
• Formation of recommendations for training, development and certification of personnel
• Conducting and facilitating events - workshops, trainings, team-building activities
• Consultative support of department heads in the scaling of flexible approaches
• Control of compliance with principles Agile models in the organization

Main requirements:

• Higher education
• 5+ years of work experience in project management in large vertically integrated companies or international consulting (Management Consulting, Banking, FMCG, Retail, production)
• Practical experience of working as a transformation agent or change manager
• Experience of building an Agile governance system
• Experience of conducting maturity-assessment and forming development plans
• Experience of developing competency matrices and role development models
• Experience of interaction with top management (C-level)
• Understanding organizational design, change-management and corporate management
• Understanding frameworks (Agile, Scrum, SAFE, PDLC)
• Knowledge of the English language at the Upper-Intermediate (B2) level
