Language requirements:

• fluent Ukrainian language;
• English language - not lower than B2 level.

Responsibilities: (include, but not limited to):

1.Preparation of presentations and project materials for reporting.

2.Participation in business meetings with stakeholders, keeping minutes of meetings..

3.Organization of document flow, including systematization, storage and control over timely design of project documentation, in order to ensure effective administrative support of the team.

4. Logistical and communication support during the planning of online and offline project events. Assistance with booking a corporate car for staff

5. Communication with project beneficiaries, coordination of the process by signing and archiving contracts.

6. Forming requests for payment of invoices

7. Participation in field trips within Kyiv region as needed.

8.Collection and preparation of documents for the payment of grant funds and other targeted charitable assistance to beneficiaries.

9.Executing, as needed, the project manager’s assignments related to the planning and implementation of project activities.

10.Effective interaction with the project team, participation in the planning and coordination of internal meetings.

11.Communication with financial, legal, communication department, procurement manager to solve current issues and tasks.
