Your Role:
- Active participation in drawing up the budget of DKB for the next year. Within the framework of this task, the employee collects, aggregates and analyzes information received from all units of the DKB with further distribution to the composition.
- Participation in the preparation of forecasts of the Departments of the DKB in cross section articles (balance sheet, PL) on a quarterly basis (3+9, 6+6, 9+3), as well as the DKB Strategy for 3-5 years.
- Maintenance and updating of the DKB client base and confirmation of the CPC, managers, and departments for the correct prices of the work of managers/departments/RCs.
- Participation in the establishment and distribution of KPIs for DKB managers on a quarterly basis.
- Calculation of KPIs on a quarterly basis for all Departments and Departments of my dealings.
- Preparation of materials for monthly and quarterly planning (MBR and QBR).
- Collection and consolidation of information from the DKB for making forecasts for collegial bodies (ALCO, TKK, Board).
- Conducting regular factor analysis of reporting data on the results of the work of DKB units.
- Development and further preparation of regular reports on performance indicators business.
- Amendment and updating of regulatory and legal documents related to DKB.
- Collection and consolidation of information from motivational programs of external units and DKB.
- Participation in the analysis of the costs of the Bank's divisions that are allocated to the DKB.
- Preparation of presentation materials on the results of the DKL work for the Board and the Supervisory Board.
- Participation on the part of the DKB in the process annually re-segmentation of the client base.
- Ad-HOC tasks.
