Infopulse (part of Tietoevry Create) is inviting a talented professional to join our growing team as a Project Administrator.

 

We are looking for a detail-focused person with good project coordination, administrative/PMO, and organisational skills and experience to join our Delivery Management team, collaborating  with multiple geographies as well as internal and external stakeholders to deliver our programme of work. We need a specialist who is good at compiling data, updating systems, and ideally perform some data analysis like comparing figures and narratives and highlighting/flagging issues/differences.

Our customer is one of the Big Four companies providing audit, tax, consulting, and financial advisory services.

 

Areas of Responsibility

  • Project management coordination
  • Administrative support to a Delivery Manager
  • Creation of leadership reports (in slides, Excel, and program reporting) to support program updates, stakeholders communication, decision-making, and wider narrative
  • Work with Microsoft Products (Powerpoint, Excel, Word)
  • DevOps administrative tasks completion

 

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Experience in organising/running long-term projects with multiple international teams involved
  • Good knowledge of Agile/Scrum
  • Multitasking skills to balance between several projects
  • Strong MS Office package user experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) 
  • Good skills in documentation workflow maintenance

 

Will be an advantage

  • Familiarity with Service Now, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, Tableau
  • Experience of working in projects related to the development or implementation of enterprise solutions
  • Business analysis experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Visio (workflow/process design)

  • Fast learner, stress-resistant and proactive team player, attentive to details
  • Ability to be organized, responsible, and result-oriented
