We are seeking a motivated Junior Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 0.5 years of commercial experience in a similar role, with exposure to full-cycle recruitment processes. The Junior Recruiter will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment team and helping to identify top talent for our company.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with candidate sourcing through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Participate in full-cycle recruitment activities, from job posting to onboarding
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure data integrity
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
Requirements:
- At least 0.5 years of commercial experience in a similar role
- Exposure to full-cycle recruitment processes
- At least B1 level of English proficiency
- Basic understanding of IT principles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
