Your key tasks:

• Assisting product users and their support.
• Organizing product user training and upgrading.
• Fixing the pain points of product users and forming technical specifications for product/process adaptation (small improvement).
• Collection of feedback and communication within the framework of MVP and implementations.
• Preparation of instructions and control of their relevance within the framework of existing processes.
• Preparation of temporary instructions during the stages of implementation and MVP.
• Assistance in process measurement and research.
• Maintenance of processes "on the towel".
• Support of "fighting fires".
• Development of current reporting on operational indicators of processes.
• Search for reasons for deviations of operational indicators.
