In connection with the expansion of the Foundation and the growth of the Team, we are looking for a new colleague to join the team -Program Manager for Family Forms of Education.

The main purpose of the position of Program Manager for Family Forms of Education is to ensure strategic planning, coordination and effective implementation of the Foundation's programs and projects in the field of family forms of education aimed at protection child rights and overcoming orphanhood.

Wishes for the candidate:

• Experience of working in the social sphere, with children and/or families (preferably in the sphere of family forms education);

• Experience in managing projects or programs of social direction;

• Understanding the system of social protection of children and the legal framework in the field of family forms of education;

• Ability to work with several projects at the same time, plan and coordinate processes;

• High level of organizational and communication skills skills;

• Experience of interaction with local self-government bodies, public organizations and partners;

• Analytical thinking, ability to monitor and evaluate program activities;

• Higher education in the field of social work, psychology, pedagogy or related areas;

• Possession of MS Office (experience with project management tools will be an advantage).

Your areas of responsibility:

• Formation and development of programs and projects in the field of family forms education;

• Participation in the preparation of grant applications together with the Foundation team;

• Interaction with public organizations, local self-government bodies and other partners;

• Participation in public events, work meetings and cross-sectoral initiatives;

• Management of projects in the field family forms of education at all stages of implementation;

• Coordinating the activities of teams within programs (in particular, case managers and social workersivniks);

• Support and support of teams of case managers and social workers;

• Development, implementation and updating of standards and procedures for work with families;

• Monitoring, analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of programs and projects;

• Preparation of analytical materials and reports for donors, partners and the Fund's management;

• Participation in improving internal processes and program approaches based on the data received.
