The Red Cross Society of Ukraine (CRS) announces a competition for the position of Program Development Coordination Manager

The Red Cross Society of Ukraine is the largest humanitarian organization of Ukraine, which is one of the first to respond to all emergency situations in the country and provides assistance to those who need it most.

Main duties:

• Perform ongoing control and coordination of the activities of LLC "Professional College of Ukraine" of the Red Cross" (hereinafter - the College).
• Submit proposals to the Head of the Department regarding the development of the College's activities, as well as other issues related to the competence of the Department.
• Assist in ensuring the timely implementation of tasks and goals set for the College.
• Assist in communication and cooperation with donors, strategic partners of the College, etc.
• Participate in the planning of the College's activities, determination of the priority and order of execution of assigned tasks, as well as the preparation of relevant reports.
• Participate in the evaluation of the activities of the College and its employees.
• Participate in the definition and agreement of goals, tasks, and expected results in terms of work on projects implemented by the College.
• Control and monitor the deadlines and quality of work (projects) implemented by the College.
• Ensure coordination of the activities of the College with TChU, as well as other institutions and organizations.
• Regularly raise your professional level, work with professional literature, study changes in legislation, regulatory acts, etc.
• Observe confidentiality in work, preserve the commercial secret of the Society.

General duties:?

• Participate in meetings with partners, management, organizations on issues assigned to the Department's authority.
• Perform other activities assigned to the Department's authority Department.
• Actively work to achieve the goals of the Red Cross Movement.
• Adhere to the principles of the Red Cross Movement and work in accordance with them.
• Perform any other work-related tasks and duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Requirements for candidate:

• Full higher education in the relevant field of training (master's degree, specialist) and advanced training.

• Knowledge of national legislation on the organization of educational activities and the functioning of educational institutions.
• Ability to establish effective (internal and external communication) with colleagues, partners and main stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the full cycle of project implementation, the ability to effectively implement project activities and report on their results.
• Ability to effectively work with donors, develop project proposals, other documents for strategic planning and proper implementation of projects, etc.
• Knowledge of the activities of educational institutions training nurses in Ukraine and other countries.
• Knowledge of the preparation and implementation of educational programs and projects.
• Knowledge of fundraising, the ability to attract donor funds for the implementation of project activities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to cooperate and work in team.
• Ability to make decisions.
• Skills of cooperation with partners/contractors, local organizations.
• Ability to apply non-standard/innovative solutions in work.
• Ability to build trust.
