Main duties:
- Development and implementation of a professional training system for manufacturing enterprises
- Formation of training methodology: creation of programs, training materials, development routes and standards
- Categorization of manufacturing professions and determination of levels competencies
- Organization and control of employee training processes
- Building and support of a mentoring system and internal trainers
- Scaling of training programs to all production sites of the company
- Coordination with company managers regarding the implementation of training
- Evaluation of the effectiveness of training activities (KPI, quality, involvement, results)
- Development of an annual training plan and periodic analysis needs
- Audit of training quality at enterprises and implementation of standards
- Participation in digitization and automation of training processes
Candidate requirements:
- Experience in the field of training and development (L&D) - at least 3-5 years
- Experience of working with production or technical companies
- Development and implementation of training programs
- Experience of launching training programs at several locations, coordination with regional managers and HR, ensuring training standards at all enterprises
- Experience of evaluating the effectiveness of training through KPI, ROI, assessment of knowledge and competencies, collection and analysis of feedback from employees and managers.
