Head of the payroll and compensation department in Vyriy

In connection with the expansion, we are looking for a Head of the payroll and compensation department.

Responsibilities:

• Leading a team of payroll specialists: organizing work, setting tasks, control of results and communication with interested departments.
• Ensuring correct and timely display of information on wages, bonuses, sick leave, vacations and other payments.
• Implementation and improvement of salary calculation processes in accordance with accounting.
• Building and optimization of motivational payment models.
• Preparation of regular analytics and reporting for management.
• Experience in automating processes and working with large volumes of data in Excel / Google Sheets, BAS.

• Experience in the field of payroll from 2 years.

• Experience management team and the organization of its work.

• Knowledge of legislation on labor and taxation.

• Ability to work with data on salaries, bonuses, sick leave, vacations and other payments.

• Experience in optimization and automation of salary calculation processes.

• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets, working with large data sets.

• Experience with BAS (Payroll and Personnel Management).

• Analytics, attention to detail, organization and effective communication skills.
