Production manager (sausage shop), Poland in SALTOWSKI

Sausages and meat delicacies production company "SALTOWSKI" is inviting a production manager (shift foreman).

Location: Lniano (60 km from Bydgoszcz), Poland

Tasks:

• Coordination of the production process of sausages and meat delicacies in accordance with orders
• Organization of the work of shift workers
• Cooperation with the product quality control department, participation in daily tastings
• Interaction with technologists for the development and introduction of new types of products
• Control of compliance with hygiene standards by shift workers
• Checking the cleanliness of production premises before starting changes

Requirements:

• Mandatory experience in sausage production
• Knowledge of the Polish language
• Understanding sausage production technology
• Personnel management experience
• Willingness to work long-term and live in Lniano (60 km from Bydgoszcz), Poland

 We we offer:

• Salary from 6000 zl netto/month for a trial period (3 months). Next is a review of work results.
• Working schedule: alternate: 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
