From the candidate we expect:

• Higher or incomplete higher education
• Work experience as an HR manager or recruiter required (even minimal)
• Knowledge of various recruitment methods, readiness for mass recruitment
• Ability to work with a large amount of data, experience in conducting interviews
• The ability to find a non-standard approach to finding personnel
• Communicability, initiative, responsibility, stress resistance
• Availability of a car and driving experience for the commuting nature of the work (search for personnel)

Your tasks will be:

• Active search for candidates according to the defined profile in Zhovkva and other areas (it is necessary to drive around Zhovkva in your own car in search of candidates for production specialties: sorters, packers, packers, loaders, etc.)
• Conducting telephone interviews/interviews
• Conduct face-to-face interviews and assess the qualifications of candidates
• Execution of management assignments within the framework of duties
