Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position of 2 years or more will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of all stages of production.
• Experience planning of all stages of production.
• Knowledge of software for CNC machines and software for design.
• Knowledge of the basics of basic document flow and business processes of production
• Ability to motivate and organize personnel, develop them professionally, cultivate changes
• Ability to think systematically and quickly solve work problems.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and organization of the production process at the enterprise
• Plan implementation control
• Organization of a smooth production process at all stages
• Distribution of orders and tasks among employees, taking into account their skills and workload, for the best implementation of general production plans.
• Cooperation with the relevant departments of the company to ensure production with personnel, materials and components, etc.
• Control of order and discipline in production.
• Personnel motivation
• Analysis of processes, identification of weak points and implementation of improvements.
