What you will do in this position:

• Organize and control the entire process of food production in accordance with quality standards and sanitary norms.
• Manage a team of cooks and technical staff, ensuring efficient and coordinated production work.
• Responsible for production planning, control of raw material costs and quality of finished products.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation rules at the enterprise.
• Cooperate with suppliers and control the arrival of necessary materials.
• Implement improvements in production processes to increase efficiency and quality of customer service.

Who we are looking for:

• A person with 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• With secondary special education in the field of nutrition or related fields.
• I am confident in my knowledge of sanitary norms and standards of public catering.
• Responsible, organized, with leadership qualities and the ability to work with a team.
• I am ready to take responsibility for the quality and safety of food.
• With a desire to develop and improve production processes.
