- Building a management rhythm: regular operational meetings, outlining clear goals,management of KPI/OKR, transition from "process" logic to result logic.
- Coordination of internal IT projects: management of technical tasks, prioritization of features, control of deadlines, elimination of chaos and "fire", building clear operational interaction between teams.
- Increasing responsibility in the team: creating a culture where tasks are completed without the direct involvement of the owner. Building a reporting and control system.
- Implementation of new management and technological solutions: automation, optimization, work with contractors, development of tools and processes.
- Participation in strategic development: search for growth areas, work with new areas, launch of new services and processes, formation of the operational part strategies.
