Experience in managing production units:

Practical experience in managing teams and organizing production work is required. The successful candidate understands the peculiarities of planning, control and coordination of various stages of the production cycle;

The candidate must have a specialized technical education, which allows a deep understanding of production processes, technologies and quality standards;

3. Analytical thinking:

Ability to analyze data, evaluate performance, quickly find bottlenecks and make decisions that improve performance;
