We are looking for a coordinator of operational processes who will help organize the work of the team, monitor the execution of tasks and accompany the processes of creating and maintaining investment funds.
Main duties:
coordination of the processes of creation, sale and maintenance of funds;
control of the tasks of lawyers, accountants and other participants;
communication with clients regarding the stages of the process and documents;
preparation of documents for submission to government bodies;
control deadlines for procedures and registrations;
maintenance of tables and systematization of information.
Our expectations from the candidate:
higher education (finance / economics / law / management);
experience of 1 year in process or project coordination;
experience of working with documents and internal procedures;
attention to details and responsibility;
developed communication skills and experience of interaction with clients or partners;
analytical thinking.
Will be a plus:
experience in the financial sector or legal consulting;
knowledge investment instruments or work with funds;
understanding of capital markets legislation;
experience of interaction with government bodies.
