Responsibilities:

• Answering customer calls and processing requests through chats;
• Analyzing the problems of using the site by users;
• Advising users about the use of credit products and other company services;
• Transferring requests to the second level of support or specialists from other departments if necessary.

Requirements:

• Fluent knowledge of the Ukrainian language;
• Good communication skills and the ability to resolve conflicts;
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies;
• Work experience is optional.
