What you will do:

• Strategic management: Planning, coordination and full control of the work of all shops and teams for the implementation of plans in clearly defined terms.
• Implementation of Lean culture: Scaling of concepts of lean manufacturing (Lean Manufacturing), methodologies KAIZEN, 5S, WCM and the PDCA cycle.
• Digital transformation: Automation of the production accounting system (ERP/Odoo) and optimization of business processes to eliminate bottlenecks.
• Efficiency of assets: Increasing production capacity while simultaneously minimizing unnecessary costs and resource losses.
• Communication and reporting: Organization of regular meetings, preparation of analytical reports for management and work in MS Project, Odoo and other management systems.
• Team development: Motivating staff and creating an environment where everyone strives for high quality and productivity.

Your competencies:

• Leadership and influence: Ability to unite people around common goals and motivate them in stressful situations.
• Analytical mindset: Ability to see real processes behind the numbers and make decisions based on data.
• Process thinking: Passion for optimization and standardization - you will not rest until the process is perfect.
• High communication skills: The ability to negotiate effectively at all levels - from the workshop master to the founders of the company.

Requirements to the candidate:

• Experience:From 1 year in managerial positions in production management.
• Methodological basis:In-depth knowledge and practical experience of Lean, 5S, PDCA.
• Digital skills:Confident work with MS Office, Google Docs, MS Project and experience with ERP systems.
• Legal literacy:Knowledge of regulations governing the activities of enterprises.
• In addition:Availability of a driver's license ID required. Knowing English will be your advantage for international development in the company.
