Financial director in RSA

For our Customer - a company from the manufacturing sector, which has been on the market for a long time and is actively expanding, we are looking for a Financial Director. We are looking for a candidate for the position of CFO who will build the financial architecture of the business and become a strategic partner for the CEO and the owner.

Key tasks:
— Development and implementation of financial strategy;
— Construction of management and investment accounting;
— Financial modeling and budgeting;
— Preparation for due diligence;
— Management cash flow, liquidity and risks;
— Participation in negotiations with investors and banks.

We expect:
— CFO/Head of Finance experience from 3 years;
— Strong expertise in financial modeling and management accounting;
— Experience in preparing companies to attract investments;
— Systematic, analytical thinking, result orientation.
