We are looking for a Production Director.

Functional:

• Planning and managing the production process.   
• Management of technical service (main production).
• Planning and carrying out repairs, preventive maintenance of equipment, modernization of production (lines, sites, machines).
• Calculation, approval and implementation of annual budgets. Formation of the budget and ordering of spare parts, service works.
• Management of personnel and processes (planning and control of work schedules, closing time sheets, awarding employees).  
• Employee training.
