Tasks that await thechief specialist:

- ensures the organization and conduct of competitions for filling vacant civil service positions of categories "B" and "B";

- ensures the improvement of the level of professional competence of the Foundation's civil servants;

- carries out the procedure of adaptation of newly appointed civil servants in the Fund, taking into account the recommendations approved by the central executive body, which ensures the formation and implementation of state policy in the field of public service;

- considers and participates in the preparation of responses to appeals, statements and complaints of citizens, enterprises, institutions, organizations, people's deputies, officials, lawyers, requests for information;

- prepares reporting and analytical materials, draft documents on work issues Department.

 You are suitable for us if:

possess business etiquette and professional ethics;

confident PC user, knowledge of standard Microsoft Windows software, Excel, programs for data visualization; 

have skills in working with information and search systems on the Internet and have knowledge of modern technologies;

have skills in business correspondence and work with large amounts of information;

able to work independently and in a team;

attentive to details;

communicative and proactive.

Mandatory requirements:

citizenship of Ukraine;

degree of higher education not lower than a bachelor’s or junior bachelor’s;

fluency in the state language.

Terms of payment:

job salary – UAH 22,451.

senior allowance, allowance for the rank of a civil servant and a monthly or quarterly bonus in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On State service".

 Terms of selection and appointment:

the appointment to the position is temporary until the appointment of the winner of the competition to this position, but no more than 12 months from the date of termination or cancellation of martial law.
